style='font-size:16px;'>社区居委会自收到申请材料之日起，在规定时间内，对申请家庭的人口、收入和住房等情况进行实地调查。经调查符合申请条件的，在社区居委会公示7日，经公示无异议或异议不成立的，填写《仙桃市住房保障家庭资格申请表》，并将申请材料和受理意见报送所在街道办事处（园区）;</span></p><p style='margin-top: style='margin-top: 10px;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size:16px;'>3．由市民政局对申报家庭收入、财产情况进行审核，并于15日内将审核结果反馈至市住房保障服务中心。</span></p><p style='margin-top: 10px;'><strong><span style='font-size:16px;'>对隐瞒有关情况，提供虚假材料申请住房租赁补贴的，不予受理，并给予警告；对以不正当手段骗取租赁补贴的，取消保障资格，并停止发放租赁补贴，责令其退还已领取的住房租赁补贴，并记入个人诚信记录，5年内不再受理其住房保障申请。相关单位的工作人员，在住房租赁补贴申报工作中不得滥用职权、玩忽职守、徇私舞弊，对违反规定的依法依规追究相关人员的责任。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section
