（一）提高政治站位。认真学习宣传贯彻习近平法治思想、习近平文化思想，切实担负起新的文化使命，大力建设社会主义法治文化，提升公民法治素养。深刻认识开展“宪法宣传周”活动的重要意义，正确阐释新时代依宪治国、依宪执政的内涵，引导全社会坚定不移走中国特色社会主义法治道路。严格落实意识形态工作责任制，牢牢把握宪法学习宣传的正确政治方向和舆论导向。</p><p><br></p><p> (二）完善工作格局。深化宪法宣誓、宪法纪念、国家象征和标志等制度的教育功能，推动宪法宣传教育常态化长效化。抓住领导干部这个“关键少数”，认真落实领导干部应知应会党内法规和国家法律清单制度，推动领导干部带头学习宪法法律。抓住青少年、网民等重点群体，抓宪法纪念、宪法宣誓、宪法教材建设等重点载体，抓学校、社区、媒体等重点阵地，持续深入开展宪法宣传教育。</p><p><br></p><p> （三）营造浓厚氛围。中央有关媒体将组织对“宪法宣传周”活动进行集中宣传报道。司法部、全国普法办将组织开展宪法知识网上竞答活动，制作2023年“宪法宣传周”宣传挂图供免费下载使用。中国国家铁路集团公司将在全国各高铁列车和车站播放宪法宣传片及优秀法治微视频作品。各地各部门要充分运用“报、网、端、微、屏”等媒体平台，全方位、多声部开展宪法宣传，推动宪法在地铁站、机场、火车站等公共场所的广泛覆盖。各级各类媒体要拿出重要版面时段，广泛深入报道“宪法宣传周”活动，讲好故事，把镜头对准基层、对准普通群众，通过生动的法治实践和典型案例让人民群众感受到宪法的精神和法治的力量。</p><p><br></p><p> (四）注重宣传实效。把宣传周集中宣传活动与经常性宪法宣传有机结合，推动宪法精神融入群众日常生活，力戒形式主义、官僚主义，切实为基层减轻负担。充分发挥社会主义法治文化温润人心的作用，广泛开展群众性法治文化活动。树立大抓基层的鲜明导向，进一步发挥“民主法治示范村（社区）”、农村学法用法示范户和“法律明白人”在化解基层矛盾纠纷中的作用。结合全国行政复议法学习宣传月活动等，教育引导群众通过人民调解、行政复议、诉讼等途径依法维护自身权益，做到办事依法、遇事找法、解决问题用法、化解矛盾靠法。</p></section></section></section></section><p
