仙桃市公安局2024年公开招聘警务辅助人员公告

16px;">根据工作需要，仙桃市公安局面向社会公开招聘警务辅助人员（以下简称辅警）35名。现将有关事项公告如下：</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">一、招聘原则</span></strong><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">严格遵循“公开平等、竞争择优”原则，按程序择优聘用。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">二、招聘岗位及条件</span></strong><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（一）纪委监委留置场所看护辅警：26名，限男性，身高1.70米以上，年龄22周岁以上40周岁以下，高中（中专）以上学历，不限专业。复员退伍军人、公安院校毕业生优先。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（二）执法办案场所辅警：9名，限男性，身高1.70米以上，年龄18周岁以上35周岁以下，高中（中专）以上学历，不限专业。复员退伍军人、公安院校毕业生优先。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（三）基本条件</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">1、具有中华人民共和国国籍；</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2、拥护中国共产党的领导，拥护中华人民共和国宪法，遵守国家法律法规；</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">3、品行端正、身心健康，有较强的吃苦耐劳精神和服务意识；</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">4、纪律意识、服从意识、保密意识强；</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">5、具备岗位所需专业知识和业务能力；</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">6、适应岗位要求的身体条件；</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">7、具备岗位所需的其他条件。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">招聘岗位限本地户籍，所要求的年龄计算截止时间为:2024年5月20日。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">有下列情形之一的，不得应聘：</span></strong><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">1、本人或家庭成员、主要社会关系人参加非法组织、邪教组织或从事其他危害国家安全活动的；</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2、本人家庭成员或主要社会关系人正在服刑或正在接受调查的；</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">3、受过刑事处罚或者涉嫌违法犯罪尚未查清的；</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">4、编造、散布有损国家声誉、反对党的理论和路线方针政策、违反国家法律法规信息的；</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">5、因吸毒、嫖娼、赌博受到处罚的；</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">6、被行政拘留、司法拘留或收容教育的；</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">7、被吊销律师、公证员执法证书的；</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">8、被开除公职、开除军籍或者因违纪违规被辞退解聘的；</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">9、从事警务辅助工作合同期未满擅自离职的；</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">10、有较为严重个人不良信用记录的；</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">11、其他不适合从事辅警工作的。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">三、报名及相关要求</span></strong><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">实行现场报名和网上报名两种报名方式，采用其中之一即可。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">1、现场报名：时间为<strong>2024年5月7日-2024年5月20日</strong>（法定工作日上午8：30-12：00，下午2：30-17：30），地址：公安局703室。报名人员需现场提交《警务辅助人员报名登记表》（正反打印）、2张与报名登记表一致的照片，本人户口簿、身份证、学历、学位证书等原件及复印件（大专及以上学历需附教育部学历证书电子注册备案表），复印件上需本人签名。复员退伍军人需提供退伍证等相关证件复印件，岗位要求持有驾驶证C照及以上人员需提供驾驶证复印件，属于机关事业单位正式工作人员的考生，除应提供上述材料外，还需提供单位同意应聘证明。未按规定时间报名的，逾期不予受理。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2、网上报名：时间为<strong>2024年5月7日-2024年5月20日</strong>，报名人员需将《警务辅助人员报名登记表》电子档（见<font color="#000000">公告底部</font>附件）、近期一寸免冠彩照电子档（以本人姓名命名）和本人户口簿、身份证、学历、学位证书等扫描件（大专及以上学历需附教育部学历证书电子注册备案表）上传至<a href="mailto:714228806@qq.com">714228806@qq.com</a>邮箱。复员退伍军人需提供退伍证等相关证件扫描件，岗位要求持有驾驶证C照及以上人员需提供驾驶证扫描件，属于机关事业单位正式工作人员的考生，除应提供上述材料外，还需提供单位同意应聘证明扫描件；所有提供的扫描件上需本人签名后上传至上述邮箱。未按规定时间报名的，逾期不予受理。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">报名人员务必填写联系电话保持畅通，并对填报信息的真实性、准确性负责，因报名资格条件不符合岗位要求或填写信息错误产生的责任由报名人员本人承担。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">四、考试</span></strong><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">根据报名情况确定考试方式，考试方式及相关事项将陆续在平安仙桃予以公布。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">五、体能测评</span></strong><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">体能测评标准参照《关于印发公安机关录用人民警察体能测评项目和标准（暂行）的通知》（人社部发﹝2011﹞48号）执行。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">六、体检</span></strong><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">1、根据考生综合成绩和体能测评合格人员，按招聘岗位从高分到低分1：1的比例确定考察、体检人选。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2、体检工作在市级以上医院进行。体检内容参照《公务员录用体检通用标准》（国人部发﹝2005﹞1号）、《关于修订〈公务员录用体检通用标准〉及〈公务员录用体检操作手册（试行）〉的通知》（人社发﹝2010﹞19号）、《关于进一步做好公务员考试录用体检工作的通知》（人社部发﹝2012﹞65号）、《关于印发〈公务员录用体检操作手册（试行）〉有关修订内容的通知》（人社部发﹝2013﹞58号）等规定组织实施。同时须符合《关于印发公务员录用体检特殊标准（试行）的通知》（人社部发﹝2010﹞82号）人民警察职位对身体条件的要求，《公务员录用体检特殊标准（试行）》中的所有体检项目均不进行复检。体检费用根据检查项目确定，由参加体检的应聘人员负担。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">3、考生不按规定的时间、地点参加体检的，视作放弃体检资格。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">4、因放弃体检或体检不合格出现的缺额，确因工作需要的，根据考生成绩，按招聘岗位综合成绩依次递补，递补人员只能在参加了体能测评的人员中产生。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">七、考察</span></strong><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">考察工作由仙桃市公安局负责组织，严格按照德才兼备、以德为先的用人标准，确保考察结果全面、真实、准确。考察过程中，考生需提交考察政审表及相关材料，若发现有影响聘用并查证属实情形的，取消聘用资格。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">因考生放弃考察或考察不合格不予聘用而需要递补的，在报考同岗位人员中按综合成绩从高分到低分依次递补，递补人员只能在参加了体能测评的人员中产生。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">八、公示</span></strong><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">仙桃市公安局根据考生综合成绩、考察、体检情况确定拟聘人员，对拟聘用人员进行为期5个工作日的公示。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">九、聘用</span></strong><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">公示期满，对没有问题或者反映的问题不影响聘用的，办理聘用手续。对公示中反映有影响聘用的，经调查属实，不予聘用。对反映的问题一时难以查清的，可暂缓聘用，待查清后，再决定是否聘用。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">拟聘用人员如与其他单位具有劳动人事关系的，由本人按有关规定解除。被聘用人员主动放弃或无正当理由逾期（自接到聘用单位通知20日内）不报到的，取消聘用资格。因故出现招聘人数空缺的，不予递补。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">十、其他事项</span></strong><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">警务辅助人员不具备执法主体资格，不能直接参与公安执法工作，必须在公安民警的带领和监督下开展辅助性工作。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p style="text-align: justify;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size:
