16px;'>职工医保参保人医保卡里的个人账户基金是可以给父母、配偶、子女使用的，但必须符合两个前提：一是您的父母、配偶、子女也参加了基本医保（包括职工医保和居民医保）；二是您办理了职工医保个人账户家庭共济。同时需要注意：一是家庭共济成员不包含配偶的父母；二是被共济人不能享受共济人的医保报销待遇，即您可以把个人账户里的钱给您的父母使用，但是父母看病能报多少还是要依据他们所参加的医保制度来，参加职工医保的，享受职工医保的相应待遇；参加居民医保的，享受居民医保的相应待遇。</span></p><p><br></p><section 16px;'>《医疗保障基金使用管理条例》第十七条明确规定，“参保人员应当持本人医疗保障凭证就医、购药，并主动出示接受查验”。第四十一条也明确指出，“将本人的医疗保障凭证交由他人冒名使用，造成医疗保障基金损失的，责令退回；属于参保人员的，暂停其医疗费用联网结算3个月至12个月；使用他人医疗保障凭证冒名就医、购药，造成医疗基金损失的，还应当处以骗取金额2倍以上5倍以下的罚款。”如涉及金额较大、情节严重，还会构成诈骗罪。</span></p><p><br></p><section
