关于公开征集涉黑涉恶线索的通告

为进一步贯彻落实省委、市委关于常态化开展扫黑除恶斗争的工作部署，深入开展防范整治市场流通领域涉黑涉恶突出问题专项行动，推进常态化扫黑除恶斗争走深走实，仙桃市市场监督管理局决定面向社会各界和广大人民群众征集市场流通领域涉黑涉恶线索。现将有关事项通告如下：</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size:15px;'> 一、线索征集范围</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size:15px;'> 包括但不限于下列行为及情形：</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>（一）在各类商品交易等场所以暴力、威胁或者其他手段，控制商品货源及经营权，欺行霸市、强买强卖、迫使他人接受不平等或者不合法交易条件等违法行为。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>（二）以社交电商、消费返利、资金互助、虚拟货币、投资理财、创业就业、兼职培训、网络游戏等为幌子，组织策划并利用黑恶手段等进行恐吓、威胁、强迫他人参与传销等违法行为。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>（三）生产销售宣称镇痛、安睡等功能食品中非法添加药品及其衍生物等违法行为。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>（四）无证生产经营、非法渠道购进、生产销售假药劣药、医疗（含医疗美容）领域虚假宣传、医药购销行业商业贿赂等违法行为。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>（五）燃气灶具、消防产品、烟花爆竹、运输车辆、电动自行车、儿童玩具等重点产品以假充真、以次充好、以不合格产品冒充合格产品等违法行为。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>（六）违法生产使用小型锅炉、违规经营使用游乐设施、使用超期未检或检验不合格电梯等违法行为。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>（七）检验检测机构出具不实或虚假检验检测报告等违法行为。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>（八）农贸市场计量作弊、加油站计量作弊和油品质量问题等违法行为。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>（九）商标侵权、伪造或冒用地理标志、假冒专利等知识产权违法行为。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>（十）收购、加工、销售非法捕捞渔获物（野生动物）等违法行为。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>（十一）具有市场支配地位的企业，滥用市场支配地位进行强买强卖、指定交易、垄断市场、滥收费用，破坏市场公平竞争、损害用户权益等违法行为。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>（十二）利用霸王条款、不公平合同格式条款，以牟取非法利益为目的，危害国家利益、社会公共利益、侵害消费者合法权益等违法行为。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;'><strong><span style='font-size:15px;'> 二、线索举报相关要求</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>（一）举报人可实名或匿名，采取当面、信函、电话或者其他方式进行举报，尽可能详细描述举报线索具体情况，并提供相关证明材料，以便调查核实。线索受理单位将对举报人及其信息严格保密。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>（二）举报人对所检举、揭发、提供线索的真实性负责，不得虚构或夸大事实，不得故意捏造事实诬陷他人。举报人谎报或借举报之名诬告陷害他人的，将依法追究其法律责任。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom:
