2em;'>如确需安排孩子参加校外科技、文体艺术素质培训，希望家长能以孩子自身素质提升、兴趣培养、个性发展为出发点，选择孩子真正喜欢、感兴趣的非学科类项目适量参加，选择合规培训机构。家长在选择培训机构前要做到“四看”：</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;font-size: 16px;'>一看办学资质。合规的培训机构必须做到“证照齐全”：即持有文旅局、科技局颁发的《校外培训机构核准书》，以及市场监管部门颁发的《营业执照》或民政部门颁发的《民办非企业单位法人登记证》。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;font-size: 16px;'>二看教师资质。机构所聘从事培训工作的人员是否具备科技、文化艺术、体育等相应类别的职业（专业）能力或具有相应类别的教师资格证。以上证件应在培训场所显著位置进行公示。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;font-size: 16px;'>三看许可范围。培训机构开展的培训项目必须在审批、登记的许可范围之内，培训课程必须经相关部门审核通过并进行公示。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;font-size: 16px;'>四看办学场地。合规培训机构的教学环境均要求配备视频监控设备、消防安全设施，安保设施等。正规机构不会开设在居民楼、车库、地下室等不符合安全要求的场所。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;font-size: 2em;'>为切实防范“退费难”“卷钱跑路”等风险发生，根据上级相关政策要求，培训机构不得一次性收取时间跨度超过3个月或60课时的费用，且不得超过5000元。家长务必使用教育部推出的“校外培训家长端”APP或支付宝内“校外培训家长端”小程序进行选课缴费，缴费前要与培训机构签订教育部和市场监管总局联合印发的《中小学生校外培训服务合同（示范文本）》（2021年修订版），签订合同后再付款，并向培训机构索要正式发票。切勿以现金、网络转账等方式将培训费用缴入机构非资金监管账户或个人账户，以保障自身合法权益。</span></p><p><br></p><section
