16px;'>收到该线索后，办案检察官立即前往涉案医院进行调查，发现该医院属公立医疗机构，未严格按照《中华人民共和国军人地位和权益保障法》的规定，在窗口规范设置“军人”“退役军人”及“因公牺牲军人、病故军人的遗属”等优待对象的优先服务标识，可能导致涉军优抚对象不知或不能享受相应的优待，不利于营造拥军优属的良好氛围。</span></p><p style='line-height:
