仙桃公安打掉一个流窜“碰瓷” 敲诈勒索犯罪团伙

8px;'>经突击审讯，黄某承认伙同他人以碰撞酒驾嫌疑车辆形成交通事故为由，对涉嫌酒驾驾驶员实施敲诈勒索的犯罪事实。随后，民警快速反应，抓获在附近等候的同伙孟某，并循线追踪，前往天门市抓获另一名犯罪嫌疑人潘某某。<o:p></o:p></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;'>经查，该犯罪团伙以孟某（男，40岁，天门人）为首，黄某（男，31岁，天门人）、潘某某（男，27岁，广西人）在汽车租赁公司租借同款车2辆。孟某负责在宵夜摊点选择目标盯梢，一旦发现有车主涉嫌酒后驾驶，就电话告知潘某某车辆特征和行车方向。黄某则驾驶车辆尾随目标车辆，寻找机会“碰瓷”。</section><section style='line-height: 8px;'>连日来，办案民警通过对车辆保险理赔记录、车辆维修记录、车辆行驶轨迹等数据进行综合研判和走访核查，查明犯罪嫌疑人黄某等人于2023年4月份至今，流窜至仙桃、天门、汉川、云梦等地，故意“碰瓷”涉嫌酒驾车辆，对涉嫌酒驾的驾驶员实施敲诈勒索，作案40余起，涉案金额30余万元。<o:p></o:p></section><section style='text-indent:
