box-sizing: border-box;'><br style='box-sizing: border-box;'></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box;'><strong style='box-sizing: border-box;'>一、缴费范围</strong></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box;'>除参加城镇职工医保以外的其他所有城乡居民，不受户籍限制。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box;'><strong style='box-sizing: border-box;'>二、缴费标准</strong></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box;'>2025年度城乡居民医保个人缴费标准为每人每年<strong>400</strong>元。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box;'><strong style='box-sizing: border-box;'>三、缴费时间</strong></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box;'>集中参保缴费期为<strong>2024年9月1日至12月31日</strong>，待遇享受期为2025年1月1日至12月31日。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box;'><strong style='box-sizing: border-box;'>四、缴费方式</strong></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box;'>首次参保的城乡居民，需携带身份证或户口簿到所在镇（街道、场、区）医保服务站办理参保登记手续，然后再缴费；续保的居民不用办理参保登记手续。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box;'>（一）通过<strong>“楚税通”“鄂汇办”</strong>APP可以为自己缴费，还可以帮助他人代缴。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box;'>（二）携带身份证或户口簿到市内邮政储蓄银行、农业银行、建设银行、汉口银行等网点缴费。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box;'>（三）集中参保缴费期内，可由村（居）委会代收代缴；仙桃职业学院学生可由学校代收代缴。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box;'>（四）父母任意一方参加本市职工医保或居民医保或新生儿落户我市的，新生儿可免缴出生当年参保费用。<strong style='box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='color: rgb(42, 116, 216);box-sizing: border-box;'>2024年12月31日前出生的新生儿需缴2025年度医保费。</span></strong></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box;'>（五）特困供养人员、孤儿、丧失劳动能力的残疾人、特困优抚对象、严重精神障碍患者、计划生育特殊困难家庭中经核定的特困家庭夫妻及其伤残子女由市民政局、残联、卫健委、退役军人事务局等部门实行集中代缴，个人不需缴费。<strong style='box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='color: rgb(42, 116, 216);box-sizing: border-box;'>城乡低保</span></strong>、无其他特殊身份的<strong style='box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='color: rgb(42, 116, 216);box-sizing: border-box;'>监测对象</span></strong>由个人<strong style='box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='color: rgb(42, 116, 216);box-sizing: border-box;'>缴纳应由个人负担部分</span></strong>，余额由相关部门对其给予缴费资助。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box;'><strong style='box-sizing: border-box;'>五、注意事项</strong></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='color: rgb(42, 116, 216);font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box;'>（一）<strong style='box-sizing: border-box;'>未在集中参保缴费期（2024年12月31日前）缴费的，将有3个月的固定待遇等待期，即自缴费之日起3个月内发生的住院、门诊费用不予报销，3个月后恢复待遇享受。</strong></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box;'>（二）新生儿在出生90天内参保登记缴费的，自出生之日起享受居民医保待遇；超过90天登记缴费的，从登记缴费之日开始享受居民医保待遇。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box;'>（三）居民医保正常参保状态下才能直接缴费。处于暂停参保状态下则不能直接缴费，需重新办理参保登记，恢复正常参保状态后才能缴费。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box;'>（四）居民医保参保缴费时，应先查询核实是续保还是新增。若是续保则直接缴费，若是新增则就近在镇级医保服务站办理参保登记手续后再缴费。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box;'>（五）新增参保登记输入带“X”的身份证号时，不要输入为小写“x”，否则会在医保信息系统中生成新的户头，后期需要进行户头合并处理和工程师后台维护，产生不必要的后期处理工作量，以免影响待遇及时享受。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em; box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='font-size: 15px;box-sizing: border-box;'>（六）原在市外参保缴费，2025年需到仙桃参保缴费的，可使用原参保地系统程序办理“参保暂停”。如“湖北医疗保障”微信小程序，登录后点击“参保暂停”，暂停原参保地后，再返回主页面，点击“参保登记”选择参保登记到仙桃。待系统审核通过后（3个工作日),登录“楚税通”APP缴费，届时会提示“您当前的参保机构为：XX市医疗保障局”是否继续缴费，选择“仙桃市医疗保障局”继续缴费。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.25em;
