red;'>：产品和服务质量好、诚信经营、有一定品牌影响力，为群众熟知且深受群众喜爱的有辨识度的个体工商户。满足下列任一条件：</span></p><p>①获得过“消费者满意单位”“诚信经营户”等荣誉或市（区）级以上表彰；</p><p>②个体工商户、经营者或其经营产品曾获（市级以上）主管部门或（市级以上）行业协会评选的荣誉；</p><p>③在“小个专”党建方面获得过（市级以上）荣誉：</p><p>④拥有辨识度、显著性、标志性经营（商号）字号</p><p><strong>（</strong><strong>2</strong><strong>）</strong><strong>“特”类个体工商户</strong><strong>：</strong>指依托区域文化资源，地理标志产品等特色优势，从事民俗旅游接待、土特产品销售、特色餐饮服务等相关行业生产经营活动，在行业内有一定影响力的个体工商户。满足下列任一条件：</p><p>①从事重点打造的特色行业如：沙湖皮盐蛋、毛嘴卤鸡等，块状产业如：黄鳝产业、仙西服装产业园等，且有一定行业引领作用的；</p><p>②个体工商户或者经营者是市级以上地理标志授权使用人，且从事的经营项目与授权的地理标志相关；</p><p>③曾获评“仙桃市餐饮十大名店”“仙桃市餐饮十大名食”“仙桃市餐饮十大名菜”等特色餐饮类个体工商户；</p><p>④从事地方政府重点打造的行业。</p><p><strong>（</strong><strong>3</strong><strong>）</strong><strong>“优”类个体工商户</strong>：指产品和服务质量好、诚信经营，在所从事的行业领域内具有较高认可度，社会贡献度高的优质个体工商户。满足下列任一条件：</p><p>①取得相关管理体系认证或产品质量认证的；</p><p>②为地方龙头企业（包括但不限于获得各级政府质量奖、纳税“双百”企业、“守合同重信用”企业）提供配套服务超过一定年限的；</p><p>③获评放心消费（示范）单位超过一定次数的；</p><p>④获得（市级以上）技能比武大赛荣誉的个体工商户；</p><p><strong>（</strong><strong>4</strong><strong>）</strong><strong>“新”类个体工商户</strong><strong>：</strong>指参与新技术、新产业、新业态、新模式等新经济形态，加快数字化发展，实现线上线下一体化经营的个体工商户。满足下列任一条件：</p><p>①主营行业为“文化、体育和娱乐业”“科学研究和技术服务业”或“信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业”，且经营者或主要管理人员拥有中级及以上专业技术职称的；</p><p>②依托电商平台提供产品或服务，如从事直播带货、网络创作等，且在主要网络电商平台上同类型带货中排名前列；</p><p>③经营者拥有与经营范围相关的自主知识产权，或拥有用于该技术研发的专业设备；</p><p>④从事数字经济相关产业链的生产经营活动（包括但不限于人工智能、新材料、节能环保等领域）。</p><p><br></p></section></section></section></section></section><section
