为了处理水表阀门的问题，我的电话一直打到了12345都没有人给一句肯定答复，其中的无奈过程无法用言语形容，电话中甚至有人劝我去给那个管水表阀门的人送烟说好话。
现在的农村因各种原因必须使用统一的自来水，家里又都是留守老人，对于这种每天息息相关的生活必需品出现的各种问题自身又解决不了。作为一个服务一方的垄断性质的企业（老百姓的认知水务部门属于政府服务部门，实际已经改制为企业，其中门道大家都懂），不能拿着称霸一方的心态来服务。
仙桃自来水公司的服务质量差，设备管理差，工作效率差，自来水管道，水表，水阀的材料差，特别是各家各户的进水阀，都已经生锈，拧不动了，阀门盘拧破了，自来水公司也不定期检查，也没有人管，打电话无人接听，自己花钱请师傅更换进水阀。
老旧小区的水表应该改装在墙上，而不应该装在地上，装在地上湿气大，冬天容易冻坏阀门水表，有些地上水表池大都破损，炸裂，希望自来水公司拿出实际行动，全面对老旧小区的水表上墙进行整改，市政府也应该积极支持，拿出整改资金，对水网的设备进行优化，希望通过创新“互联网+”供水服务的会议精神，真抓实干，优质高效供水，坚持以“流程最优、效率最高、服务最好”的工作目标，精准施策、靶向发力，切实提高群众用水体验获得感、满意度。 一句话，稀烂的自来水公司 迎风破浪 发表于 2024-9-26 09:19
