市水利和湖泊局科学研判、提早应对，积极向上汇报旱情，争取引江济汉工程向汉江下游补水。抓住汉江水位上涨时机，我市开启外江涵闸泵站全力抢引、抢灌、抢蓄水，徐鸳泵站、北坝泵站连续运行50多天，提水2.64亿立方米。同时，及时关闭纯良岭闸、洪道闸等重点外排涵闸，河道采取分段蓄水保水，提高河渠蓄水量。出梅以来，全市累计提引水6.47亿立方米。</section><p style='text-align: 目前，汉江水位和流量仍呈下降趋势，我市引水能力进一步下降。“进水口水位太低，机组无法满负荷运行。”徐鸳泵站是我市最大引水泵站，该泵站负责人严晗介绍，4台机组只能开启2台运行，不能发挥最大抗旱效益。市水利和湖泊局已经编制应急方案，当汉江水位持续降低，徐鸳泵站、北坝泵站被迫停机时，将迅速落实人员、设备、机械，立即启动“打坝搬水”，确保提水引水不停。</section><p
