0);'>在查找了行业规定，并咨询矿石公司专业人员及相关行政主管机关后，检察官办案组依法确立了认定规则。首先由检测员对鱼池边上的砂石随机取样，检验出样品砂堆的密度，再由勘测人员对鱼池内已抽采的砂量进行勘测，测算出已抽采河砂的体积，最终确认鱼池边河砂的重量为5348.8吨，总价值16万余元，这为准确认定犯罪事实打下基石。</span><o:p></o:p></p><p
