聪明个鬼，公证处只能是对自定交易合同公证，不能是对制式合同公证。
不动产交易时，以制式合同为准，亦是，在不动产部门进行交易活动时，这种合同不是收件要件。
至于资金保管，那是自愿行为。
提存公证，是对债务标的物或担保物的一种保管方法。通俗一些的说，就是寄存、保管。

个人认为：
这个案例，好在，这个房产能进入市场交易，如果不能的话是不是不收公证费呢。
继而能进入市场交易，有必要公证吗，还增加一笔公证费费用呢。
这个案例，罗疑惑的是：房产能不能购买，买后资金安全问题。
如果我是这个案例的当事人的话，我会直接去不动产登记窗口咨询，而不是去搞公证。
