style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.25em;'><span style='letter-spacing:2px;'>2021年，因严重资不抵债，部分债权人向仙桃法院提出对琪美公司实施执行转破产清算的申请。经报上级法院批准，仙桃法院依法裁定受理，同时指定龙华山办事处工作人员和湖北龙田律师事务所律师等10人组成的清算组为破产管理人。</span></p><p style='letter-spacing:2px;'>在处理完土地使用权到期的问题后，又遇到其中一宗土地上有职工集资建房，另一宗土地与一家公司存在土地互占不能落宗的难题。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.25em;'><span style='letter-spacing:2px;'>为此，仙桃法院积极组织龙华山办事处、管理人与市自然资源和城乡建设局进行协调。后市自然资源和城乡建设局在规划中，将职工集资建房所占土地面积及预留通道面积从中分割，在充分保障29户居民的权益下，确定了该宗土地中琪美公司名下的土地使用权面积。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.25em;'><span style='letter-spacing:2px;'>对于另一难题，经仙桃法院和管理人与互占土地的公司进行沟通，引导其提出申请，市自然资源和城乡建设局批准了占用土地互换，并经相关部门重新测量，确认了互占土地置换后琪美公司名下的宗地面积。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.25em;'><span
