0);'>5.《岗位表》中相关岗位的年龄条件均按周年计算，从1月1日起算。如某岗位年龄要求25周岁及以下，则应聘人员应为1998年1月1日及以后出生；30周岁及以下，则应聘人员应为1993年1月1日及以后出生；要求35周岁及以下，则应为1988年1月1日及以后出生，以此类推。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;font-size: 0);'>3.报名方式：报名采取现场报名方式。报名需填写报名表（见附件2），提供所有资料原件，如有特殊原因现场不能提供原件资料的，考核时可将所有资料原件带来审核（考核时如不能提供资料原件，视为资格审查不合格）。报名时需提供如下资料：</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;font-size: 17px;text-indent: 2em;'><span 0);'>（二）资格审查。</span></strong></p><p style='line-height: 2em;font-size: 17px;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>报名期间市卫生健康委工作专班对报名登记人员进行资格审查。资格审查贯穿聘用全过程，凡弄虚作假的，一经查实，即取消其考试或聘用资格。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;font-size: 17px;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（三）笔试</span></strong></p><p style='line-height: 2em;font-size: 17px;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>1.笔试安排：笔试时间地点详见准考证。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;font-size: 17px;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>2.笔试结束后，成绩在仙桃市人力资源和社会保障局官网考试录用专栏发布（https：／／www．xiantao．gov．cn／zfxxgk／xxgkml／rsxx／sydwzl／）。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;font-size: 17px;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>3.笔试原则上按岗位计划人数和报考人数不低于1：3的比例开考。报名结束后，对报名人数达不到开考比例的，经招聘单位及其主管部门研究，报人社部门同意，可保留或取消该招聘岗位。笔试设最低资格线，考生成绩达不到最低资格线的不得进入下一环节。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;font-size: 17px;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（四）面试</span></strong></p><p style='line-height: 2em;font-size: 17px;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>1.面试安排：面试时间地点详见准考证。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;font-size: 17px;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>2.面试人员确定：原则上按考生报考岗位依笔试成绩从高到低的顺序按1：3的比例确定面试入围人选。面试入围人数达不到规定比例的，由招聘单位提出取消、核减或者保留的调整申请，经人社部门核准备案后，通过市人力资源和社会保障局官网考试录用专栏公布调整情况。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;font-size: 17px;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>3.总成绩计算：笔试和面试卷面分为100分。总成绩实行百分制，笔试和面试成绩分别占50％，笔试和面试均划定最低合格分数线，达到最低合格分数线的方可进入下一环节。成绩计算均精确到小数点后2位，同一招聘岗位因考生总成绩相同，笔试成绩高的优先，笔试成绩和面试成绩均相同的组织加试。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;font-size: 17px;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（五）体检。</span></strong></p><p style='line-height: 2em;font-size: 17px;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>根据考生笔试和面试的综合成绩排名顺序，按照招聘岗位计划数1：1比例确定体检人选。体检不合格或自动放弃的，将取消其聘用资格。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;font-size: 17px;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>体检参照《关于进一步做好公务员考试录用体检工作的通知》（人社部发〔2012〕65号）、《关于修订〈公务员录用体检通用标准（试行）〉及〈公务员录用体检操作手册（试行）〉有关内容的通知》（人社部发〔2016〕140号）等规定组织实施。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;font-size: 17px;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（六）考察。</span></strong></p><p style='line-height: 2em;font-size: 17px;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>市卫生健康委工作专班对面试通过人员进行考察，考察以座谈、走访等方式进行。考察结束后形成“通过”或“不通过”结论。考生自愿放弃、体检或考察不合格的，卫生健康部门可按照总成绩排名依次递补体检或考察人员（须达到最低合格分数线）。考察中对应聘人员的应聘资格进行再次复审。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;font-size: 17px;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>（七）公示。</span></strong></p><p style='line-height: 2em;font-size: 17px;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>对拟聘用对象在仙桃市人力资源和社会保障局官网考试录用专栏予以公示（https：／／www．xiantao．gov．cn／zfxxgk／xxgkml／rsxx／sydwzl／）。公示期为5个工作日。对公示期间反映有影响其聘用问题并查证属实的，不予聘用备案。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;font-size: 0);line-height: 2em;'>拟聘人员按程序备案后，由镇卫生院与受聘人员签订聘用合同，实行岗位管理，执行有关政策规定的薪酬待遇，继在所报考村卫生室岗位履职。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;font-size: 17px;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>大学生乡村医生纳入事业编制管理后，应当在村卫生室继续服务不低于6年（不含参加规范化培训时间）。因服务未满6年提出离职等情形违约的，按相关规定和合同约定进行处理。受聘后3年内未取得执业（助理）医师或乡村全科执业助理医师资格证书的，解除聘用合同。对受聘人员交流、解除聘用合同空出的编制，定向用于后续年度大学生乡村医生招聘工作。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section><section
