text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 122, 170);'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'>一、受理范围</span></strong></span></section><section style='line-height: 1.8em; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 122, 170);'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px;'>（一）违规吃喝问题</span></strong></span></section><section style='line-height: 1.8em; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>1.公款吃喝。①领导干部之间违规相互吃请、“组团吃喝”，搞“小圈子”、相互请托办事、说情打招呼；②违反招商引资、商务接待、公务接待规定，超标准、超范围吃喝、饮酒；③虚报工程项目、办公费、会议费、差旅费等套取资金冲销违规吃喝费用。</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.8em; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>2.违规接受管理和服务对象等宴请。①违规接受私营企业主宴请，为商人老板“站台背书”、搞利益勾兑和权钱交易；②在企业和单位内部餐厅、私人会所或私人会所性质的场所等隐蔽场所违规吃喝；③要求管理和服务对象支付个人或本单位违规吃喝费用。</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.8em; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>3.其他违规吃喝行为。</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.8em; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px; color: rgb(0, 122, 170);'>（二）违规从事或参与营利性活动问题</span></strong></section><section style='line-height: 1.8em; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>1.违规经商办企业。①以本人或他人名义，采取独资、合资、合股、合作、合伙，或者私自以租赁、承包、受聘等方式经商办企业；②利用职权或职务影响，以入少占多、占干股等形式参与公司、企业分红，拥有非上市公司（企业）股份或者证券，在国（境）外注册公司或者投资入股；③党员干部和国家公职人员的配偶、子女及其配偶在本人管辖地区或业务范围违规从事经营活动，或与本人管理的单位、部门直接发生商品、劳务、经济担保等经营关系；④离职或者退休后三年内，接受原任职务管辖的地区和业务范围内的民营企业、外商投资企业和中介机构的聘任，或者个人从事与原任职务管辖业务相关的营利性活动；⑤其他违规经商办企业行为。</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.8em; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>2.违规兼职取酬。①未经组织批准在企业（含中介服务机构）（社团）兼（任）职；②在企业（社团）兼（任）职期间，违规获取薪酬、奖金、津贴等额外利益等，超标准报销工作费用或不按规定报告取酬和报销；③利用担任企业（社团）职务的便利和影响为自己或他人谋取私利；④党员干部和国家公职人员的配偶、子女及其配偶未实际工作而获取薪酬，或虽实际工作但领取明显超出同职级标准的薪酬；⑤其他违规兼职取酬行为。</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.8em; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;'><strong><span style='font-size: 17px; color: rgb(0, 122, 170);'>（三）利用公权、公款、公物谋取私利等损公肥私问题</span></strong></section><section style='line-height: 1.8em; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>1.公权私用。①在工程建设、项目审批、人事调整等方面利用职权或职务上的便利和影响，为个人或他人谋取利益；②纵容、默许配偶、子女及其配偶等亲属利用其职权或职务上的影响谋取私利；③其他违反廉洁纪律，滥用职权、谋取私利的行为。</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.8em; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>2.公款私用。①使用公款购买礼品，用于个人送礼或拉关系；②将应由本人支付的费用交由下属单位报销；③违规报销个人娱乐、旅游、医疗等应由个人支付的费用。</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.8em; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'>3.公物私用。①利用职权或职务上的影响，将公共财物用于个人用途；②违规占用公物归个人使用，或者以象征性地支付钱款等方式侵占公共财物；③违反公务用车管理规定，使用公务用车从事与公务无关的活动。</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.8em; text-align: justify;
