width: 100%; vertical-align: top; padding-right: 10px; padding-left: 10px; align-self: flex-start; flex: 0 0 auto; box-sizing: border-box;'><section style='padding-right: 1px; padding-left: 1px; box-sizing: border-box;'><p><span style='text-indent: 2em;background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);'>12月2日，在杜湖街道老里仁口村，一场简单而温馨的婚礼正在进行着。</span><span style='text-indent: 2em;background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);'>新人张武和关小梦在司仪引导下，以实际行动倡导婚俗新风。</span><span style='text-indent: 2em;background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);'>“天价彩礼、豪华车队、大办婚宴，其实增加的都是我们和父母的负担，没必要。</span><span style='text-indent: 2em;background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);'>只要我们小两口爱意满满，过好日子，比这些都强……”虽是“00后”，但眼前这对新人看得很通透。</span><br></p><p>这场“低彩礼”婚礼，是我市持续深化婚俗改革、吹起婚俗新风的缩影。今年以来，市民政局紧紧抓住仙桃被列入全省婚俗改革实验区的契机，推崇新事新办，不办铺张仪式，杜绝高价彩礼，革除婚俗陋习，让和谐、文明、有序的婚俗成为主流。高效协同构建婚俗新格局</p><p>“家人、家庭、亲情最重要。”“合理地规划家庭事务，才能把日子过得更好。”“我告诉孩子，要家庭和和美美，好好工作，为国家社会多做贡献……”这些朴实的话出自沔城回族镇村民张梅之口。</p><p>她的这些想法，源自该镇民政办举办的一次“爱的课程”。在装点得温馨浪漫的婚姻辅导室里，她和十多名村民一起倾听老师授课。教室外，“市级第一批婚俗改革试点镇”的牌子格外醒目。</p><p>为深入推进婚俗改革，市民政局制定了《仙桃市婚俗改革试点方案》，并综合考虑经济发展、婚俗习惯等因素，将沔城回族镇和郭河镇确定为市级第一批婚俗改革试点镇，开展为期两年的婚俗改革试点工作。</p><p>今年七夕，市民政局在沔城回族镇举行青年职工交友联谊活动，来自全市各企事业单位的100余名优秀单身青年热情参与，积极互动。现场，社工还带来了《脱单的智慧》婚恋辅导，为单身青年答疑解惑。</p><p>试点先行，整体推进，构建婚俗新格局。市民政局联合市妇联、团市委、市总工会、市法院等部门，形成推动婚俗改革的强大合力。</p><p>着力打造婚前教育、新婚辅导、婚姻家庭矛盾调适、离婚冷静期跟踪疏导和婚姻家庭价值观宣传为一体的“全周期”婚姻家庭辅导服务体系，提高夫妻双方维护婚姻家庭的综合能力。今年以来，开展婚姻家庭辅导1500余人次。</p><p>同时，进一步提升新时代婚姻工作转型升级，全面推进落实婚姻登记“跨省通办”等各项惠民、便民政策，实现全流程引导服务。</p><p>聚焦群众“急难愁盼”问题，举行“为爱加班”“送服务下乡”“婚俗文化艺术节”活动和移风易俗宣传活动，用实际行动打通服务群众的“最后一公里”，切实为百姓做实事，实现了从“婚姻登记”到“服务婚姻”的角色转变。为“爱”赋能积染惠民新成色</p><p>走过爱情斑马线，穿行婚俗文化长廊，来到良缘亭……位于沔阳公园的婚姻登记户外颁证基地，数对情侣言笑晏晏，在爱情打卡处用手机记录幸福瞬间。</p><p>今年5月20日，市民政局打造的首个婚姻登记户外颁证基地正式启用。首届户外集体颁证仪式现场，16对新人面向国徽，庄严宣读结婚誓词，一字一句郑重许下“爱”的承诺。</p><p>“没想到户外颁证点环境这么好，处处可见爱情元素，服务也很体贴，还有婚庆策划、婚育指导。很不错，让领证也仪式感满满。”参与登记结婚的新人刘旺说。</p><p>“今日，两姓联姻，一堂缔约，三牢而食，合卺共饮。谨以白头之约，书向鸿笺，好将红叶之盟，载明鸳谱。”8月10日是传统七夕节，市婚姻登记处装饰一新的中式颁证大厅里，新人们大声地念诵结婚誓词，郑重许下一生的诺言。</p><p>当天，共有62对新人七夕领证，工作人员手拿登记颁证词，代表市民政局送上“特定”祝福。</p><p>为实现登记形式多样化，市民政局创新性地打造了1处室内结婚颁证厅、1处户外结婚颁证点和1处婚姻文化主题公园。通过宣读结婚誓词、朗读倡议书、签订移风易俗承诺书等方式，满足市民婚姻领域多元化需求，创造条件让新人“沉浸式”感受新的婚俗文化，自觉自愿践行婚俗新风。</p><p>强阵地，优服务。市婚姻登记处相关负责人柳四权介绍，该处将宣誓仪式作为新时代婚恋新风的重要内容，通过高标准建设暖心服务婚姻登记机关，常态化创新特色颁证活动，改变了以往结婚“轻登记、重婚宴”的旧习俗，引导“重登记、崇节俭、强责任”的新婚俗理念，获得了年轻人以及家长们的认可和青睐。</p><p>幸福加分传递文明新风尚</p><p>集贤纳福，共缔良缘；执子之手，与子偕老。一年一届的仙桃集体婚礼成为全民关注、家喻户晓的活动，也是仙桃婚俗改革的又一品牌。</p><p>“中式集体婚礼这种方式，既古典浪漫，又有仪式感，特别有纪念意义。”梁芳高兴地说，今年10月27日，她和丈夫参加集体婚礼，跟15对新人在沔阳公园广场，同时步入婚姻的殿堂。</p><p>公交婚车队，环保又有范儿；水上游船，新颖有特色；宋制婚嫁仪式，留下美好记忆……简约、喜庆、庄重的婚礼仪式给现场观众带来一场视觉盛宴，也让更多年轻人从传统婚俗和礼仪中感受中国传统文化的魅力。</p><p>婚礼结束后，梁芳算了一笔账，相比传统婚礼节省了近5万元，“还不包括传统婚礼收贺金可能欠下的‘隐形债’。这场浪漫温馨的集体婚礼，让婚姻回归到爱与责任的本质。”</p><p>我市举办集体婚礼已有三届，先后有40对新人以集体婚礼的方式倡导移风易俗，弘扬时代新风。</p><p>“简婚不减爱，我们希望通过更多用心用情的方式，让新人更直观地感受新时代文明婚礼的时尚与浪漫。”柳四权表示，“办出新意、办出特色、办出内涵”是集体婚礼举办的宗旨，通过每届传统婚俗的展示，让更多人感受婚姻之美、婚姻之责、婚姻之义。</p><p>新型婚俗文化，引领文明风尚。市民政局将继续深入推进婚俗改革，倡导婚事新办，弘扬文明新风，推出更多有新意、有创意的婚俗，把新型婚俗文化带进千家万户，提升群众对婚俗新风的认同感和参与度，不断推动婚俗改革深入人心、开花结果。</p></section></section></section><section style='font-size: 0px;justify-content: flex-start;display: flex;flex-flow: row;box-sizing: border-box;'><section style='display: inline-block;vertical-align: top;width: 50%;align-self: flex-start;flex: 0 0 auto;box-sizing: border-box;'><section style='text-align: left;
