line-height: 1.75; color: rgb(4, 85, 162); box-sizing: border-box;'><p style='box-sizing: border-box;'><strong style='box-sizing: border-box;'>一、省综合评标专家库仙桃区域库在库专家必须具备如下条件：</strong></p></section></section></section><section style='margin-top: 15px; box-sizing: border-box;'><section style='text-align: justify; font-size: 15px; letter-spacing: 3px; padding-right: 5px; padding-left: 5px; box-sizing: border-box;'><p style='text-indent: 2.4em; box-sizing: border-box;'>1、从事相关专业领域工作满8年并具有高级职称或同等专业水平，或者是取得中级职称（含对应的职业资格）满 8 年；</p><p style='text-indent: 2.4em; box-sizing: border-box;'>2、熟悉有关招标投标法律法规；</p><p style='text-indent: 2.4em; box-sizing: border-box;'>3、能够认真、公正、诚实、廉洁地履行职责；</p><p style='text-indent: 2.4em; box-sizing: border-box;'>4、身体健康，能够承担评标工作；</p><p style='text-indent: 2.4em; box-sizing: border-box;'>5、年龄在 68 周岁以下；</p><p style='text-indent: 2.4em; box-sizing: border-box;'>6、能熟练使用计算机常用软件，适应电子评标的要求；</p><p style='text-indent: 2.4em; box-sizing: border-box;'>7、法律法规和规章规定的其他条件。</p></section></section><section style='text-align: left; box-sizing: border-box;'><section style='text-align: justify; font-size: 15px; letter-spacing: 3px; padding-right: 5px; padding-left: 5px; box-sizing: border-box;'><p style='text-indent: 2.4em; box-sizing: border-box;'>1.申报人须在“湖北省综合评标（评审）专家库评标专家网上申报系统”（下称“评标专家申报系统”，网址：https://www.hbggzyfwpt.cn/zjfw)附件1，按照《评标专家网上申报操作手册》要求，完成系统注册与登录；</p><p style='text-indent: 2.4em; box-sizing: border-box;'>2.申报人登录评标专家申报系统，完成申报前相关学习与测试；</p><p style='text-indent: 2.4em; box-sizing: border-box;'>3.申报人按要求在评标专家申报系统中，填报个人信息、选择专业、上传证件/证书彩色照片或扫描件；</p><p style='text-indent: 2.4em; box-sizing: border-box;'>4.申报人将以下资料递交市民之家3楼C区交易管理科370室：</p><p style='text-indent: 2.4em; box-sizing: border-box;'>①申报系统自动生成的申请表打印件（加盖申报人所在单位或人事托管单位公章）1份；</p><p style='text-indent: 2.4em; box-sizing: border-box;'>②本人的身份证、最高学历证书、职称证书（中级职称（含对应的职业资格）满 8 年的需加盖市职改办公章），高级职称需职称评定部门出具的同等专业水平认定意见或网上查询截图；</p><p style='text-indent: 2.4em;
