padding: 1em; outline: 0px; line-height: 1.75em; letter-spacing: 1.5px; color: rgb(15, 15, 15); background: rgb(219, 229, 241); border-radius: 10px;'><p>主持人你好，吴政委好，听众朋友大家好！<br>今天的节目关注的是公安工作，实事求是来讲，近几年来，我们的公安力量不断在加强，公安队伍的素质也在不断地提高，同时我们公安部门在保障人民群众生命财产安全，打、防结合的措施和设施方面科技含量也不断加大，这些都有力地促进了社会稳定和人民群众安全感的提升。刚才听吴政委介绍，公安部门为保民生、保社会稳定、保经济发展做了大量卓有成效的工作，这是值得称道的。但工作永无止境，从今天节目中反映的问题来看，起码有三个方面的工作还可以进一步加强的。</p><p><span style='color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'><strong>第一，预防和打击涉及“两卡”犯罪的力度还需加大。</strong></span>当然这不只是公安部门一家的事，需要全社会参与、齐抓共管，形成密而不疏的群防群治网络。像节目中刘先生反映自己银行卡被盗刷3000元的案例我感觉有两个问题，一是这位刘先生防范意识太差，甚至基本的防范意识都没有，银行卡信息随意给别人，手机也给别人操作，造成自己银行卡上资金的盗刷，所幸及时发觉没造成更大的损失。二是这个案例中有明显线索的两个嫌疑人为什么没有被抓获归案，刘先生说了一个是自己的朋友，一个不太熟但那个所谓的朋友肯定熟，是否是有意为之的惯犯，为什么没有顺藤摸瓜查下去给出一个结果呢？ </p><p><span style='color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'><strong>第二，重点地段技防设施的投入及维护要加强。</strong></span>市民王先生反映江滩公园附近共青路缺乏监控的问题应该不是个例，这些年政府为实施“天网工程”.“雪亮工程”等投入了巨大的资金，但有时候在需要时却不尽人意，要么是盲区，要么设施老化或是损坏未能记录，所以希望对“天网工程”、“雪亮工程”的布点要更精准，重点地段一个不漏，对老化和损坏设施的维修要及时，不能任其成为一个摆设。</p><p><span style='color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'><strong>第三，窗口服务应有长久的关爱态度。</strong></span>不知道朱先生反映的是否是个例，因为我是媒体单位的，对公安局户籍服务窗口的先进事迹早有耳闻，朱先生在离婚房产分割办理户籍脱勾时，相关同志应可以告知他下一步去处的建议，也许朱先生当时也没问，窗口的同志也就没有说，当然窗口服务的同志每天要面对很多群众，回答得口干舌燥，但有必要，我们还可以多一句关爱的嘴，多说一句关心的话，也许会让来办事的群众多省一些心，少跑一些路，也是值得的，刚才吴政委也介绍得很清楚了，朱先生照着去办也很简单的。 </p><p>总之，公安工作是民生的重要保障，无论白天黑夜，无论城市乡村，每看到巡逻车闪烁的警灯，警察同志们忙碌的身影，我们就感到安全就在身边，借此机会，<span style='color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'><strong>向广大公安干警表达崇高的敬意，希望有公安部门当好保护神，家乡仙桃越来越平安，越来越和谐，父老乡亲们的生活越来越幸福！</strong></span></p></section></section><hr style='border-style: solid;
