border-style: dotted; border-color: rgb(156, 201, 199); letter-spacing: 1.5px; line-height: 1.75em; color: rgb(62, 62, 62); padding: 1em;'><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;'><span style='caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;'>根据《中华人民共和国市场主体登记管理条例》《企业信息公示暂行条例》《农民专业合作社年度报告暂行办法》《个体工商户年度报告暂行办法》等规定，现将我市企业、农民专业合作社、个体工商户报送2024年度报告有关事项公告如下：</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;'><strong><span style='font-size:15px;'>一、年报报告主体</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>2024年12月31日（含）前，在全市各级市场监管部门登记注册的企业及其分支机构、农民专业合作社、个体工商户。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;'><strong><span style='font-size:15px;'>二、年度报告时间</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>2025年1月1日至2025年6月30日。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;'><strong><span style='font-size:15px;'>三、年度报告方式</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>登录国家企业信用信息公示系统（湖北）（网址：https://scjg.hubei.gov.cn/hbgsxt/），自主报送公示2024年度报告。个体工商户可通过个体工商户年报小程序（通过“湖北智慧市场监管平台”跳转“公示系统”）填报，也可以纸质方式向所在地市场监督管理部门报送年报（在海关注册的个体工商户除外）。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>办理歇业备案的经营主体仍应按时公示年度报告。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>已经依法被吊销营业执照或被撤销登记的各类经营主体不再报送年报。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;'><strong><span style='font-size:15px;'>四、多报合一</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>按照《中华人民共和国农民专业合作社法》《中华人民共和国市场主体登记管理条例》等法律法规登记注册的农民专业合作社、农民专业合作社联合社，自2025年1月1日起纳入市场监管部门和农业农村部门“多报合一”。同时新增将工业产品获证企业年度自查报告纳入市场监管年报一并填报。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>继续实施与人社、统计、海关、商务、外汇部门年报“多报合一”。继续开展与税务有关事项的“多报合一”，支持经营主体在国家企业信用信息公示系统（湖北）填报年报时，采取“授权共享”的方式，自动获取税务年报相关信息。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;'><strong><span style='font-size:15px;'>五、法律责任</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>经营主体对年度报告内容的真实性、及时性负责。未按照规定的期限公示年度报告的，将被依法列入经营异常名录或标记为经营异常状态，并依法给予行政处罚。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>企业因连续2年未按规定报送年度报告被列入经营异常名录未改正，且通过登记的住所或者经营场所无法取得联系的，由县级以上市场监督管理部门吊销营业执照。企业被吊销营业执照后，应当依法办理注销登记；未办理注销登记的，由市场监督管理部门依法作出处理。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>企业公示信息隐瞒真实情况、弄虚作假的，法律、行政法规有规定的，依照其规定；没有规定的，由市场监督管理部门责令改正，处1万元以上5万元以下罚款；情节严重的，处5万元以上20万元以下罚款，列入市场监督管理严重违法失信名单，并可以吊销营业执照。被列入市场监督管理严重违法失信名单的企业的法定代表人、负责人，3年内不得担任其他企业的法定代表人、负责人。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>按照《保障中小企业款项支付条例》《企业信息公示暂行条例》等法规规定，对未按照规定在企业年度报告中公示逾期尚未支付中小企业款项信息或者隐瞒真实情况、弄虚作假的大型企业，依法实施失信惩戒。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;'><strong><span style='font-size:15px;'>六、年报反诈提示</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>市场监管部门对报送年报、公示其他信息及信用修复不收取任何费用，凡带网址链接和有偿服务的各类短信均属诈骗信息，应当不予理会或及时报案，请广大经营主体务必提高警惕，谨防诈骗。</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;'><strong><span style='font-size:15px;'>七、咨询电话</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>仙桃市市场监管局咨询电话： 0728-3335914 0728-3335915</span></p><p style='text-indent: 2.2em;margin-top: 5px;margin-bottom: 5px;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>仙桃市市场监管局各基层所咨询电话：</span></p><section><section><p style='text-align:center;'><span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;vertical-align: baseline;width: 100%;'></span></p></section><p style='text-align:center;'><br></p><p style='text-align:right;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>仙桃市市场监督管理局</span></p><p style='text-align:right;'><span style='font-size:15px;'>2025年1月3日</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section><p style='text-align: center;'><br></p><p><font size="1" face="黑体" color="#696969">来源/<span style='letter-spacing: 1.5px;
