style='letter-spacing:2px;'>“在祖国边疆为当地群众服务，成就感满满。再艰苦的环境，全力克服。”市第一人民医院超声影像科的援疆医师陈实即将结束援疆工作，返回家乡。</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 15px;'><span style='letter-spacing:2px;'>3个月前，陈实被选派成为一名援疆医师，前往祖国的边疆——博尔塔拉蒙古自治州（简称博州）的新疆生产建设兵团第五师八十七团医院。</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 15px;'><span style='letter-spacing:2px;'>“得知这个消息时，心情十分激动，很期待这段经历。”陈实说，妻子朱迪非常支持，家里一切有她，让陈实安心工作，踏实做事。</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 15px;'><span style='letter-spacing:2px;'>从汉水之畔奔赴天山脚下，相隔3000多公里。90天的援疆之路，给陈实带来了什么？</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 15px;'><span style='margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 15px;'><span style='letter-spacing:2px;'>援疆期间，陈实服务人次超过1000人次，在医院彩超室创新开展了甲状腺彩超、乳腺彩超、肾上腺彩超、心脏彩超、右心声学造影等一系列新技术、新项目。</span></p><p style='text-align: style='letter-spacing:2px;'>“在医院推广新技术非常顺利，全院上下十分支持，让老百姓在家门口享受到了更优质的医疗服务。”陈实说，在新技术中，以右心声学造影技术尤为典型。</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 15px;'><span style='letter-spacing:2px;'>原来，不少当地百姓经常偏头疼、反复头疼，不知病因。陈实根据病人情况，对症结合，发现与心脏疾病有关，在八十七团医院全院推广右心声学造影技术，效果不错。</span></p><p style='text-align: center;'><span class="wxart_image" style='letter-spacing:2px;'>项目成功开展后，陈实应邀前往第五师双河市总医院带教传授推广。目前已在博州地区检查出数10例病例，不少患者得以找准病因、对症治疗。此举极大地推动了博州地区经食道超声心动图检查及心脏介入手术的发展，填补该地技术空白。</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 15px;'><span style='letter-spacing:2px;'>不少当地及周边地区百姓慕名前来就医，专找彩超室的“陈老师”。曾有一位38岁患者李女士，专程驱车1个多小时前来医院找陈实看病。原来，李女士从十多岁开始转辗反侧多家医院，被告知严重心肌缺血。陈实在接诊时，通过诊断发现其有遗传性心脏病，建议前往上级医院进一步治疗，同时还提醒该患者的直系亲属完善相关检查。</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 2em;margin-top: 15px;'><span style='letter-spacing:2px;'>在全院开展新技术新项目推广中，陈实针对不少患者的疑难病、少见病，作出精准诊断。如在甲状腺检查中，他发现一例食管憩室病例和数例甲状腺癌病例，后经手术病检证实，得到患者频频感谢。</span></p><p
