交强险无责也赔钱，这是保险条款，买了保险就是这个时候起作用的。之所以强制购买，就是因为其超大赔付范围。 有点意思啊 还有很多电动车，达到了机动车标准的，未上牌更没买保险的。发生交通事故，即使是对方全责，你一点责任都没有。只要对方受伤，你都有最高19800元的自费赔钱风险。
