line-height: 37px; font-size: 17px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">一、施工时间和范围</span></p><p style="text-indent: 43px; line-height: 37px; font-size: 17px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">杨林尾东闸更新改造项目施工起止时间为2025年2月25日至2025年5月25日。施工范围为彭杨公路杨林尾东闸路段（长约50米）。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 43px; line-height: 37px; font-size: 17px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">二、交通管理措施</span></p><p style="text-indent: 43px; line-height: 37px; font-size: 17px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">（一）实施交通管理措施的时间为2025年2月25日0时至2025年5月25日24时，在2月28日8时30分至14时30分东闸拆除期间对彭杨公路施工路段实施临时交通管制。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 43px; line-height: 37px; font-size: 17px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">（二）道路施工期间，除2月28日东闸拆除期间实施交通管制所有车辆禁行外，过往车辆可以在确保安全的前提下，按现场设置的交通标志、标牌等交通设施指示双向行驶。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 43px; line-height: 37px; font-size: 17px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">（三）禁止车辆在施工路段周边停放（施工车辆和警务、消防、救护等应急保障车辆除外）。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 43px; line-height: 37px; font-size: 17px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">三、绕行提示</span></p><p style="text-indent: 43px; line-height: 37px; font-size: 17px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">（一）2月28日东闸拆除期间，彭场往杨林尾方向行驶的小型车辆可以绕行杨林尾五丰桥共塘公路、解杨公路、352省道（白沙公路）；杨林尾往彭场方向行驶的小型车辆可以绕行352省道、解杨公路、杨林尾共塘公路五丰桥。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 43px; line-height: 37px; font-size: 17px;"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">（二）2月28日东闸拆除期间，杨林尾往彭场方向的中型（含）以上货车可以绕行352省道、214省道、215省道（彭张公路）；彭场往杨林尾方向的中型（含）以上货车可以绕行321省道、352省道（往沙湖方向）或215省道（彭张公路）、214省道、352省道（往张沟方向）。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 43px;
