惠民工作，点赞。 这些举措提高了居民的幸福感获得感安全感，让老旧小区再次焕发生机，值得点赞 改造后安装的监控，路灯，及门禁系统，怎么办？让它继续做摆设吗？ 何李社区。这个月，刚开始和网格员询问，说已经办上去来了。后面和他们主任询问，他回答一下把我愣住了，说我们楼已经完成旧改了，我说根本没人碰我们楼怎就完成，他说我楼旁边管道去年弄过了，我说当时问过了，挖管道的说是市政雨水疏通工程，根本就没人说过这是什么旧改，而且旧改连主人不知道协商，楼也不碰一下，就旧改完成？后来网格员的话也改了，说我们楼2024年就改了。
当时还有另一件事找社区处理，所以也没和社区吵。那件事那主任说第二天会去我们楼看一下，给个答复。可惜等了一星期都没人来（我算明白当时我说加电话，他不加了）。我又去社区，那主任又又不在，我当时又谈起旧改，接待的还是原话，但在我说对旧改不满意找那部门投诉，旁边一人接过话头，了解一番又说我们楼还没旧改，我的事等主任回来后会处理。这又等了一星期，呵呵。 与其搞这些浪费钱的事情还不如把钱留着该拆的拆 高楼期待安装电梯
沙嘴粮所，水没有改，电没有改，摄像头是不通电的，楼道灯是不通电的，就地面上做了一下沥青，楼道刷白了，烂占通道的，违建的不敢拆，稀巴烂。 看了这么多条老街老小区 反正发现高轻路 袁市存做的最好，大中午高清路上一个一个冲洗井口死角，袁市村更是从一个破旧的村落成了仙桃市的风景名片古镇一尘不染，离不开人民公仆 凡人歌 发表于 2025-5-28 16:44
