visibility: visible; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle=''> </span></span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>郑先生的担忧并非空穴来风。现实中，因“刷脸”导致个人信息泄露的案例已屡见不鲜。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>今年2月，市检察院办理的一起侵犯个人信息刑事附带民事公益诉讼案件令人震惊：犯罪分子冒充民政部门志愿者，利用农村独居老人渴望陪伴、关注健康的心理，以登记健康状况为由，骗取老人个人信息并哄骗其进行人脸识别，将600余名老人的身份信息与未实名认证的支付宝账号绑定后倒卖牟利。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>同样在去年7月，市民陈女士接到自称短视频平台客服的电话，对方称她开通了直播带货功能，每月将自动扣除800元服务费，可帮忙关闭。在“客服”诱导下，陈女士下载手机App并进行人脸识别等操作。随后，她的银行账户先后发生10笔交易，累计被骗20余万元。虽经警方努力追回部分损失，但此次经历仍给陈女士带来巨大伤害。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>对此，监管部门已采取行动。今年3月28日，中央网信办、工业和信息化部、公安部、市场监管总局联合宣布，将开展2025年个人信息保护系列专项行动，“公共场所违法违规收集使用人脸识别信息”被列为重点整治内容，将针对未履行告知义务、缺乏安全保护措施等问题进行治理。</span></span></p><section style='-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;
