box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-weight: bold;'>一、资金来源：</span>中央专项彩票公益金</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 1px; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-weight: bold;'>二、资助对象：</span>普通高中及中等职业学校应届毕业通过高考高职单招，考入全日制普通高等院校（含高职）的家庭经济困难新生。主要包括以下类型学生：</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 1px; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf="">（一）脱贫不稳定家庭学生、边缘易致贫家庭学生、最低生活保障家庭学生、特困供养学生；</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 1px; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf="">（二）烈士子女、孤残学生、残疾人子女；</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 1px; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf="">（三）因突发事件等其他原因导致家庭经济困难学生。</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 1px; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-weight: bold;'>三、资助标准：</span>考入湖北省内院校的困难新生每人500元，考入湖北省外院校的困难新生每人1000元。</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 1px; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-weight: bold;'>四、办理流程：</span>学生申请-教育局评审-公示名单-发放资金</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 1px; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-weight: bold;'>五、受理申请截止时间：</span>原则上为7月14日至申请学生数超过指标数为止。（2025年指标数：240500元）</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 1px; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf="">1.滋蕙计划学生申请表（内容填写完整并附一寸照片）；</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 1px; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf="">2.学生身份证及大学录取通知书原件；</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 1px; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-weight: bold;'>3.学生本人银行卡或存折（持卡人为学生本人且卡无异常）；</span></span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 1px; box-sizing: border-box;'><span leaf="">4.家庭经济困难证明材料。2025年春季学期获得过国家助学金的高三毕业生不用提供困难证明，其他申请学生需提供困难证明材料如村（居）委会证明、困难证件、相关病例等。</span></p><p style='margin-bottom: 1px;
