有可能分房睡2年，领证到法院2个月时间，说明2个月内早就闹矛盾了，有矛盾是不会睡一起的，就算睡一张床也不会等对方碰自己，结婚两月就闹到法院，还是男方诉状，保不齐男方怀疑女方有骗婚嫌疑，毕竟之前此类案件太多了，不然不会出新的绿法，在现在结婚离婚手续简单，又有像儿戏一样风气存在下，当然也不排除确实有习惯理念三观不合存在，如果没新绿法，估计女方不会返彩礼
