outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; clear: both; min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em; font-size: 17px; text-indent: 2.23529em; visibility: visible; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>3.在维护群众利益方面。重点整治医疗卫生机构执行检查检验结果互认要求不到位，过度医疗、不合理用药、不合理收费问题；侵犯他人隐私和人格尊严，未经患者同意公开、泄露或经网络、自媒体等途径公布其病情、病史等隐私信息，以及将患者信息用于非诊疗目的等；私自向第三方机构或个人提供患者信息等诊疗数据牟利；未履行法定义务或遵守医疗信息安全制度，导致患者隐私或个人信息泄露等。<p style='-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; clear: both; min-height: 1em; line-height: 2em; font-size: 17px; text-indent: 2.23529em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'>4.在践行廉洁自律方面。重点整治医务人员违反《医疗机构工作人员廉洁从业九项准则》的问题。假借学术讲座、科研合作、临床试验、无偿捐赠等方式，收受生产经营企业给予的现金、有价证券、支付凭证、贵重礼品等回扣的问题；通过网上开药提成、非法直播带货获利、利用执业之便开单提成等其他商业回扣问题；利用医疗资源损公肥私或收受患者及其家属“红包”等牟取个人不当利益的行风问题；经线上或线下途径转介患者，向患者强制或变相强制推介基因检测、院外购药等各类第三方服务的不正之风行为。<p style='-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;
