17px;'>根据《省农业农村厅办公室关于印发湖北省2025年基层农技推广体系改革与建设项目实施方案的通知》（鄂农办发〔2025〕44号）精神，为提升我市基层农技推广体系公共服务能力，结合我市实际，现决定</span><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;font-weight: bold;'>在全市范围内公开遴选农业科技示范基地</span><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>，现将有关事项通知如下：</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;font-weight: bold;'>一、遴选目标</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>在仙桃市辖区内，遴选</span><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(2, 30, 170);font-weight: bold;'>水稻大面积单产提升试验示范基地1个</span><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>；</span><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(2, 30, 170);font-weight: bold;'>省级农业科技现代化先行县示范基地2个</span><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>，其中粮油作物类、蔬菜类各1个；</span><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(2, 30, 170);font-weight: bold;'>市级农业科技示范基地5个</span><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>，其中粮油作物类1个、蔬菜类1个、水产养殖类2个、畜牧业1个。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;font-weight: bold;'>二、遴选条件</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>1．已正式注册且注册地在仙桃市的家庭农场、专业合作组织和农业产业化龙头企业。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>2．基地所属单位持续经营3年以上，且自申报日起拥有基地使用权在5年以上。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>3．具有较高的科技含量，对同行业或周边农户起到较强的示范带动作用。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>4．具备较好的基础设施条件，有较强的技术力量，有一定的产业规模（粮油作物：种植面积500亩以上；蔬菜：露地蔬菜种植面积500亩以上；水产养殖：种养集中连片面积200亩以上）</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>5．基地有较强的技术服务能力，具备举办现场观摩、展示、农民培训等条件，热心基层农技推广工作。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>6．建立完善基地规章制度、技术示范和培训档案等，管理规范。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;font-weight: bold;'>三、遴选程序</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>1．申请认定农业科技示范基地，须在规定期限内向仙桃市农业农村局提出申请，提交农业科技示范展示基地申请表、基地简介及业绩材料、土地流转协议、营业执照和开户许可等申报材料。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>2．仙桃市农业农村局对报送的材料进行审核后，组织专家实地考察。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>3．根据考察结果形成初步名单，在市农业农村局官网公示5个工作日后正式认定农业科技示范基地，并授予“全国基层农技推广体系改革与建设补助项目农业科技示范基地”标牌。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;font-weight: bold;'>四、农业科技示范基地的职责</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>1．做好示范基地建设“五个一”，即一个基地年度实施方案、一项以上示范的主推技术、一套详细的工作台账、一份基地工作总结、一套纸质档案，每项主推技术需完成至少1次试验示范、1次观摩培训，联系10户以上一般农户。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>2．基地要及时收集整理活动开展的相关文字、影像等资料，下载使用“中国农技推广APP”，积极发布工作动态最少7条。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>3．水稻大面积单产提升试验示范基地与省级农业科技示范基地要组织举办至少一次大型技术示范观摩活动。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;font-weight: bold;'>五、基地权益</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>通过遴选并被确定为仙桃市2025年农业科技试验示范基地的单位，在完成项目实施方案要求的建设任务并通过验收后，将按规定标准给予补助。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;font-weight: bold;'>六、所需申报材料</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><br></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>申报单位需提交以下材料（均需加盖公章），并对材料的真实性负责：</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>1．仙桃市2025年基层农技推广体系改革与建设项目农业科技示范基地申报表。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>2．基地简介及业绩材料。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>3．土地流转协议。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;'>4．营业执照和开户许可（对公账号）。</span></span></p><p><span leaf=""><span
