0);">2019年7月，犯罪嫌疑人向某在网上购买了用于诈骗的手机、电话卡、银行卡，并注册微信号。2020年5月，向某在网上了解到买方程某某和卖方彭某某的信息后，谎称自己是帆布手套厂家，以低价为诱饵，通过微信主动与程某某商谈，出售5600双帆布手套，而后又冒用程某某的身份信息向彭某某购买5600双帆布手套。同年6月，程某某验货后通过网银转账7000元到向某指定的银行卡上，向某取款后拉黑买卖双方微信，将手机关机与银行卡一并扔掉。2020年8月10日，向某被公安机关抓获归案。</span></section><section
