写好起诉书，带好证据，法院审查受理后，一般都会告诉你怎么操作的，一般会先联系欠债人调解 仙桃老赖很多，有个老板差我几万的款都不还，并且仙桃有几套房子，还打打牌
蒙着面不认识
拒执罪，以前没听过，因拒执罪被逮捕的，能关到他一直完全履约后再谈放人就更好了！

很不容易的，找个律师试试看，我原来有个案子执行了20多年，也啥都没执行回来，还找了律师的，法院要我自己去找他的财产在那，被执行人就说自己没钱
