还有很多民房前面或者旁边盖的一间瓦房的那种，是不是属于违建？

一些小区，城乡结合部次路口，都被巷子口的门户占了宽度，他们自己扩大了面积，扩宽了台基，但进出巷子和辅路的人，车特别不方便，有时候还出交通事故，希望城管部门来一次大清理。
