!important;'>根据辖区货车司机在交警上班时间大多遵纪守法，但下班时间超载、违法载人时有发生的实际情况，五大队采取“错时制”对此类违法开展针对性整治。15日中午12点多钟，民警们在318国道潮愿段设卡，对过往货车进行检查，发现此时经过的货车大多超载，有的小货车超载达20%以上，有的大货车则超载达100%以上。截至当日下午上班时间，交警五大队共查纠15起超载违法。</span></p><p !important;'>按照“错时制”执法的要求，五大队再次部署警力，于15日晚10时至16日凌晨6时，在辖区各主要路口路段不间断巡逻。16日凌晨5时，在长埫口东城大道，民警们发现一辆红色大货车驶来，拦停检查时，发现驾驶室还坐了两名乘客。另外该车装载的货物是水泥，经过磅检测，发现超载达20%以上。司机张某解释驾驶室内坐的人是准备到建筑工地去帮忙卸货的。民警对张某违法行为进行教育。因为张某同时涉嫌货车超载、违法载人两项违法，民警依法对其处以罚款300元，记3分的处罚。</span></p><p !important;'>无独有偶。15日晚，二大队也采取“错时制”在辖区对违法货车进行查纠。当日晚10点多钟，民警们在214省道豪布斯卡路段，拦下一辆红色大货车。该车满载钢筋，准备送往某工地，查看行车证，上面显示核载13吨，但经过检测，发现该车实载达29吨，超载达100%以上。民警当即将车辆暂扣，将驾驶人刘某的违法行为录入系统。</span></p><p
