模棱两可的很，你说的这个纳入了返乡人员范围，但到底要不要按返乡人员规定处理又没讲
都是搞一刀切，说就是要核酸检测，再说就隔离，还是就是老实待着
我说我旅游，务临时工 是不是只用绿码了，写文案的是哪个小可爱，傻的一匹
一家老小就过年几天团聚，回家过年咋就这么难？

你说的不行，要车票证明。你可能在一个村，社区停留7天以上旅游，临时工吗。 一些偷跑回来的
感觉这个文件说的比较清楚了，虽然有点模凌两可，但要好好去领会，强调了一点很重要，不能层层加码。

我不是觉得加码不行，都是为了家人安全。我觉得不能一边返乡严格，一边旅游大开方便，我们返乡遵守的意义在哪里
我弟孤身一人在杭州工作，两年没回家了，今年爷爷去世都没能回来，现如今回躺家这么难？如果以后每年都有零星的确诊病例，那是不是就再也不来往了？
湖北发了，仙桃还没发，仙桃发了各街道办乡镇还没发，各是各的搞法。回趟家难，比去年复工出门还难。
七天的核酸检测，那回家过完年又要做一次？

可以，我下面村包了一个需一个月的小工程。

省里自己不是就加了一层码吗？返乡人员私自定义为外省返回人员，国家卫健委说的只是农村 过度防疫几千亿的核酸农民买单无非就是套路。低风险到低风险也要搞什么核酸排队排老长的耽误一两天时间就是为了做尼玛的核酸！

这应该是国家卫健委前期功课做得不到位，随便跑出来发个返乡政策交作业可是作业做的不够仔细。
