18px;">9月26日，江陵县在城区常态化核酸检测中发现3例新冠肺炎核酸检测阳性人员。为进一步减少人员流动，降低交叉感染风险，经专家组研判，江陵县疫情防控指挥部决定，自9月27日08时起对江陵县城区（东至楚江大道，南至南环路，西至荆江大堤，北至富民路）实施临时管控措施。现将有关事项通告如下：</span></p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section><section 18px;color: rgb(0, 122, 170);">非必要不外出，减少人员流动</span></strong><span style="font-size: 18px;">。临时管控期间非必要不进入江陵县城区。所有人员坚持戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风、不聚集。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;">二、</span><strong><span style="font-size: 18px;color: rgb(0, 122, 170);">严控人员聚集</span></strong><span style="font-size: 18px;">。停办各类聚集活动，不举办大型会议、各类线下培训，暂停文艺演出、广场舞等群体性活动，实行“喜事缓办、丧事简办、宴会不办”。学校、幼儿园、教培机构暂停线下教学；宗教活动场所、旅游景点等暂停开放。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;">三、</span><strong><span style="font-size: 18px;color: rgb(0, 122, 170);">医院、药店、保供超市继续营业</span></strong><span style="font-size: 18px;">。公共娱乐场所（KTV、酒吧、剧本杀、密室逃脱、电影院、剧院、棋牌室、麻将馆、网吧等）、个体诊所及农贸市场暂停营业。福利院、养老机构、精神卫生机构、监所等特殊场所实行封闭管理。各餐饮单位暂停堂食，在满足疫情防控要求的前提下可提供外卖订餐，实施“无接触式”配送服务。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;">四、</span><strong><span style="font-size: 18px;color: rgb(0, 122, 170);">实施临时交通管制</span></strong><span style="font-size: 18px;">。除疫情防控、医疗救护、紧急送医、消防救援、警务、民生保障、应急物资运输等车辆外，其他车辆一律禁止上路通行。</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;">五、</span><strong><span style="font-size: 18px;color: rgb(0, 122,
