box-sizing: border-box;'>开展社会保险领取待遇资格认证工作，是防止社保待遇被违规冒领、保障基金安全、维护公平正义的有效手段。近年来，省社保中心认真执行人力资源社会保障部《领取社会保险待遇资格确认经办规程（暂行）》（人社厅发〔2018〕107号），通过与相关部门共享数据进行信息比对认证，通过“湖北12333”微信公众号、支付宝“湖北智慧人社”<span style='text-indent: 31.9995px;'>，</span>通过参保单位协助认证，通过社保经办机构“一次办”“异地办”窗口认证，截至目前，省本级企业离退休人员领取待遇资格认证率达到98.86%，但仍有少数离退休人员未通过领取待遇资格认证。</p><p style='text-indent: 2.1333em; box-sizing: border-box;'><br style='box-sizing: border-box;'></p><p style='text-indent: 2.1333em; box-sizing: border-box;'>为防范化解养老保险支付风险，保障社保基金安全，按照有关政策规定，省社保中心<strong style='box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='color: rgb(51, 122, 183);box-sizing: border-box;'>对省本级超过12个月未通过资格认证的离退休人员，从2022年11月起暂停发放其养老保险待遇</span></strong>。</p><p style='text-indent: 2.1333em;
