border-box;">1、新冠肺炎疫情防控形势依然严峻，特别是作为“家有学生”的我们，防控责任尤其重大。一定要做到非必须不外出，非必须不聚集；养成戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风等良好防护习惯；养成勤洗澡、勤换衣、不共用毛巾、杯子等卫生洁具的良好卫生习惯。当好自己健康“第一责任人”。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">2、不吃“三无”食品，不吃未清洗干净的食物，不喝生水；少吃高盐、高糖、油炸、熏制食品。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;">3、早睡早起，高中生要睡足8小时，不要熬夜。选择安全运动项目，坚持适当体育锻炼，保持充沛的精力。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;"><strong
