1、组织召开招聘会：用人单位和求职人员现场交流洽谈，同时设置招聘信息登记、求职信息登记、就业政策咨询、职业指导等服务台，为用人单位和求职人员提供全方位、多层次、专业化人才服务。同时做好各用人单位用工需求和求职者的求职登记，及时组织好人岗对接。</span></p><p style='line-height:1.75em;'><br></p><p
