style='letter-spacing:2px;'>案件涉及被告人数众多，涉案数额巨大。被告蔡某等4人在未报环保部门环评，且未办理危险废物经营许可证的情况下，投产加工生产还原铅。被告房某向蔡某等人出售炼铅设备，负责设备安装，并为蔡某等人介绍了多名炼铅技术工人，在投产当天现场指导生产。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='letter-spacing:2px;'>生产期间，蔡某在被告郑某等人处购买废铅蓄电池 680余吨。投产不到一个月，蔡某等人便提炼再生还原铅 431.92 吨，并将410.9 吨还原铅分别卖给江西省某公司和安徽省某公司，获款 667.36 万元。仙桃市生态环境局依法查处蔡某等人非法炼铅行为。经认定，查获的物品属于《国家危险废物名录》中的危险废物，现场土壤和水样铅含量均超标。</span></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em;'><br></p><p style='text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em;'><span
