2022年全省婚姻登记大数据情况

2022年，湖北共办理结婚登记284279对，较2021年下降10%。全省离婚登记98392对，补领婚姻登记证93914件，结婚登记数量连续5年下跌。其中新婚登记161955对，复婚21786对。湖北全年共办理涉外登记结婚494对，离婚69对，补领婚姻登记证14件。

其中办理跨区结婚登记28061对，离婚登记4110对，补领婚姻登记证3010件。武汉市自2021年6月1日开始试点以来，共办理结婚登记“跨省通办”847件。

全省2022年离婚与结婚登记比为34.61%，2021年为31.36%。

男士初婚年龄32.99岁

女士初婚年龄31.23岁

全省结婚登记平均年龄34.25岁，男士为35.11岁、女士为33.39岁，结婚最大年龄男士95岁，女士90岁。男士初婚平均年龄32.99岁，女士初婚平均年龄31.23岁，男士再婚平均年龄42.9岁，女士再婚平均年龄37.73岁。

27周岁登记结婚的占比7.19%，35周岁以前的占比70.39%。（28周岁到35周岁之间的占比46.41%）

结婚登记同周岁的占比28.10%，相差三周岁以内的占比73.91%。相差五周岁以内的占比87.36%。

最爱在“5·20”当天登记结婚

全年520结婚登记最多，共有17749对。其次是2022年2月22日10346对，2月14日9156对，9月9日5963对。从内地居民结婚登记地域分布情况看，武汉、荆州、黄冈、襄阳、恩施排全省前五位。

全省离婚方面，结婚10—15年之间，离婚人数占比最高达到25.3%。婚后6—9年之间占比24.38%，6—15年之间占比近50%，印证了婚姻危机中有一种说法叫“七年之痒”，指的就是年轻人在结婚后第七个年头的节点上，离婚率突然飙升。其中，婚后三年内离婚人数占比16%。

自2021年1月1日起施行《中华人民共和国民法典》离婚冷静期制度后，我省离婚人数从2020年之前的每年近18万对，到现在的不到10万对（2020年172806对到2022年的98393对），下降比例四成多，“离婚冷静期”起到了防止冲动、草率离婚的作用。
