line-height: 1.75em;'><span style='font-size:15px;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);letter-spacing: 0px;font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'><strong>2.服务性收费方面。</strong></span></strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);letter-spacing: 0px;font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>是否存在违背自愿原则强制收费问题，是否与学费合并统一收取行为，是否存在借助学校的教学要求或管理要求搭车收费，是否存在只收费不服务或少服务的问题，是否超出政府规定的服务性收费项目自立项目收费情况。</span></span></section><section style='text-indent: 2em;
