style='font-size: 16px;'><strong> 一、毕业证明开具对象。</strong>我省部分自考毕业生因各种原因，确需我院为其提供学历证明，我院可出具“湖北省高等教育自学考试毕业证明”（以下简称毕业证明）。</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.5em;'><span style='font-size: 16px;'><strong> 二、毕业证明办理流程。</strong>自考毕业生可通过湖北省教育考试院网站（</span><span style='font-size: 16px;'>http://www.hbea.edu.cn/</span><span style='font-size: 16px;'>），进入自学考试考生服务平台，点击毕业证明办理模块，按要求填写申请信息并提交申请人身份证正反面照片、毕业证照片、毕业生登记表每一页照片等相关材料，申请审核通过后即可自动生成毕业证明电子版，由申请人下载打印。</span></section><section style='line-height: 1.5em;'><span style='font-size:
