254);'>。</span></strong>案涉房屋在修建时，卢某认可承重墙及其上瓦片共建共用、檩条搁置的方案，并付诸实施。现双方檩条上铺设的瓦片是一个整体，如果按照卢某的诉请，以承重墙的中心线为基准，对双方超出部分的檩条予以切割，势必要先将檩条上的瓦片移除，然后再进行切割。一方面，该方案的实施成本较大，而且在实施过程中可能存在安全隐患；另一方面，该方案实施后，瓦片之间的严密性受影响，房屋漏水等问题可能接踵而至，更重要的是切割后的檩条必然没有切割前稳固，很可能会脱落，进而严重影响双方房屋的使用，造成不必要的资源浪费。</section><p
