不说是哪个公司，不说排放的是什么，不说排放了多久……。处罚后还要和被处罚的公司协商。法律是儿戏吗？简直是开国际玩笑。放的那几尾小鱼苗的价值，恐怕还没有浩浩荡荡的去现场的公务员的开支多。
