招退休老师是随时准备卸磨杀驴，如果招大学毕业生的话，培养出来一般要三、五年，但三、五年后又要大量裁汰老师，不好搞。 不是我看不起老人，但是你不得不承认年纪大了脑筋身体灵活度就是比不上年轻人，我小孩说他的语文老师就是爷爷级别的，差不多要退休了，上课动不动就抗日战争抗美援朝扯野棉花经常拖堂赶进度，马路杀手老头乐也都是些上年纪的人占机动车道行驶的，逆行的。年纪大了就在家安享晚年闲不住做点小事吧，不要出来祸害下一代了 金哥铁马 发表于 2024-8-4 21:25
