margin-bottom: 24px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0.578px; font-size: 16px;">村党支部书记龚建国介绍，菱角是一年生草本水生植物，又称“水中落花生”，果实属于坚果类，营养丰富，可清热解暑、益气健脾。太洪村地势较低，水田里水的深度约1.5米，种稻嫌深，养鱼嫌浅，却是种植菱角的理想之地。上世纪70年代，太洪村从武汉农科院引进优良品种，依托优质水资源，带动村民发展菱角种植产业。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 24px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0.578px; font-size: 16px;">当地有“一亩香菱十亩稻”的说法。“菱角投资小、效益高，忙活几个月，收入60多万元。”徐金西种植菱角60余亩，是当地有名的种植大户。每年7月至10月，是太洪香菱集中上市期。徐金西要请15名帮工，帮忙采摘菱角。不过，在日常管理、病虫害防治、采摘、选品等环节，徐金西都会亲力亲为，严格把关。“菱角可生吃、炖煮、熬汤、爆炒、做罐头，是市场上的紧俏货。我们必须把好品质关，不能砸了招牌。”徐金西语气笃定。</span></section><section style="text-align: justify;
