2024年中国农民丰收节丰收歌会期间进行低空空域管制的通告
<div class="wx_rich_media_content" id="jsWxContainer"><section data-role="outer" label="edit by 135editor"><section data-role="paragraph"><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;text-align: justify;"><span style="text-indent: 2em;letter-spacing: 0.034em;">2024年中国农民丰收节丰收歌会将在仙桃市荣怀学校南广场举办，为加强对活动区域低空的管控，切实维护活动空域安全，根据《中华人民共和国飞行基本规则》《大型群众性活动管理条例》《通用航空飞行管制条例》等有关法律法规，仙桃市公安局决定，对活动区域低空进行管制，现将有关事项通告如下：</span></p><section style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">一、 管制时间：</span><span style="text-indent: 2em;font-size: var(--articleFontsize);letter-spacing: 0.034em;">2024年9月22日15:00-24:00。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">二、管制区域：沔州大道以北、南湖路以东，钱沟南路以西、新城大道以南。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">三、禁止飞行航空器：无人机、轻型和超轻型飞机、轻型直升机、滑翔机、悬挂滑翔、动力悬挂滑翔、滑翔伞、动力伞、热气球、热气飞艇、航空模型、航天模型、空飘气球及其他空飘物。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">四、实施管制期间，有关单位和个人要严格落实无人机等“低慢小”航空器管控规定。因特殊情况需利用无人机等“低慢小”航空器进行飞行活动的，必须经飞行管制部门批准，并在仙桃市公安局治安管理支队备案后（联系人：陈警官13907229200），方可在指定的时间和区域内进行飞行活动。</span></section><section style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">五、对违反规定擅自进行飞行或未经批准飞入空中禁飞区域的，公安机关将联合有关部门依法进行处罚。</span></section><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">特此通告。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><br></p><p style="text-align: left; line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><font color="#c0c0c0">来源：平安仙桃</font></p></section></section><p style="display: none;"><mp-style-type data-value="10000"></mp-style-type></p></div><p></p> 农民可以进去看吗？ 有几个农民能到现场看？ 苦咖啡007 发表于 2024-9-22 06:45农民可以进去看吗？
