2px;'>赵某甲在收到房屋所有权证后，发现载明的登记人为赵某乙。经询问某房地产公司，得知不会影响自己的权利后，赵某甲未及时进行更正。多年来，赵某甲一直占有使用该房屋。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.23529em;'><span style='letter-spacing: 2px;'>2023年，赵某甲因患病急需用钱，欲出售房屋，但在办理房屋过户手续时，被告知房屋所有权证上的名字与其不一致，无法办理过户手续。赵某甲遂向市不动产登记中心提交更正登记申请书。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2.23529em;'><span style='letter-spacing:
