line-height: 2em;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 1px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-weight: bold;'>一、做好节前消防准备</span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 1px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>各单位放假前要组织一次消防安全自查自纠，全面消除火灾隐患；对全体员工、学生开展一次消防安全教育，提升消防安全意识。放假期间要安排人员24小时值班（包括领导带班、消防巡查值班、消控室值班、专职消防队或微型消防站值班），及时处理隐患、险情。</span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 1px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-weight: bold;'>二、居家防火</span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 1px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>居民家庭要及时清理阳台、清理厨房可燃物，清理楼道杂物。严禁私拉乱接电线和超负荷使用大功率电器，燃气管线有故障要及时更换、维修。离家或就寝时关火、关电、关气，严禁电动自行车在室内停放或充电，对留守老人、儿童要加强监护关爱，防止引发火灾等意外。</span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 1px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-weight: bold;'>四、人员密集场所防火</span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 1px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>宾馆、饭店、商场、市场等人员密集场所营业期间要按规定安排值班值守，落实岗位消防安全职责，保持疏散通道和安全出口畅通，至少每2小时开展一次巡查，营业结束时应清理余火、关火关电。夜间营业的场所要加强夜间防火巡查。动火动焊要落实持证上岗、动火审批、清理、围挡、监护、处置等措施。</span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 1px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-weight: bold;'>五、餐饮场所防火</span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;'><span leaf=""><span textstyle='' style='font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 1px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>餐饮场所要规范用电、用气管理，定期检查维护厨房电气设备，定期清洗油烟管道，烹饪过程中需全程看护，配备必要的灭火设施器材，保持通道畅通，从业人员要经过消防培训。燃气使用场所要安装燃气泄漏报警仪，管道燃气要安装紧急切断装置。严禁私自拆卸燃气阀门等装置。发现燃气泄漏，应迅速关闭阀门，敞开门窗通风，严禁点火或触碰电气开关。</span></span></p><p style='text-indent: 2em;
